Integrative Therapy for Effective Pain Relief

As a Jing Method™ Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Therapist, I focus on identifying and treating the root causes of pain. I use an integrated, patient-centred approach that combines specialist manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation, and movement strategies to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery. My goal is to improve overall health, wellbeing, and quality of life while empowering patients with the knowledge to take control of their own health.

Pain is complex and multi-faceted, highlighting the importance of adopting a holistic ‘whole person’ approach to pain and recovery. The Biopsychosocial model is a significant factor to consider when working with acute and chronic pain. It considers the interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding and managing pain effectively to ensure longer lasting results.

Client testimonials

'I have had 4 clinical massages with Cat to help resolve post natal back, neck and shoulder pain and I can strongly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, professional and calm and her massages techniques are varied and tailored to your specific needs. She takes the time to gather a detailed medical history and background into your clinical needs and the massage feels interactive - with Cat recommending breath work to help with trigger points, exercises for follow up work and she is very responsive to the client’s needs by carefully monitoring levels of pain around muscle and fascial issues. She is also very friendly, warm and communication around treatments is excellent. I feel totally safe in her hands - and would definitely recommend her for post natal and clinical massage.'

"This is the first Postnatal massage I've had and it was amazing! My first baby was 12lb 8 and my second 10lb 4 so my back and stomach muscles have been struggling! I had 3 massages and they were so relaxing and really helped all my aches and pains. I so wish that I had known about this after my first baby as it would have helped so much. As Cat comes to your house it is so easy and very accommodating. Cat makes you feel very comfortable and tailors the massage to your specific needs such as, like me, post c-section. I would highly recommend Cat to any mum to be or new mum."
